How long will it take to get my cool stuff?

Each and every one of our products are handmade by our co-founders, so please allow 7-10 days for orders to be shipped. For orders in the United States, USPS Priority Mail shipping time is 1-3 days after we have shipped your order.

How do you ship and how much does it cost?

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship in an eco-friendly padded mailer. Between materials for shipping and shipping charges, our base shipping starts at $5 USD. Larger items (such as our Charcaterie Boards), multiple items in an order, or international shipping may be more.

Additionally, we frequently have sales that discount our shipping, so for up-to-date information about what shipping you can expect to pay, add the items to your cart and shipping will be calculated for you.

What are my earrings made of?

All of the findings (hooks/ear wires) on our earrings are made from hypoallergenic niobium. This unique metal offers a chic look and won’t react with your skin.

Our earring materials are a mixture of acrylic plastics and walnut veneered MDF wood.

How do I care for my MeowFish goodies?

Acrylic

Our acrylic plastic products are quite resilient, but our shiny acrylics can show fingerprints over time. You can simply wipe off any smudges with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, a mild soap (like hand soap) and warm water is all it takes.

Avoid using isopropyl alcohol or other harsh cleaners on acrylic, as it can craze and crack the item.

Wood

We recommend against using any sort of liquid cleaners on our wood-based products.
